Dodge WC-52 Owners
I am hoping to build a simple but useful register of Dodge owners, primarily in the UK but overseas vehicles are also included, this page for owners of the Dodge WC-52 in particular. Finding parts for all Dodge trucks, particularly for the more obscure civilian or military variants, is less than easy especially in the UK.
Hopefully if people sign up to this simple WC-52 register (click here to join the Dodge register) it'll help people get in touch with fellow owners of WC-52 Dodges, restored or rusty, to aid their restoration or get advice & help! |

PS I'll present your contact email address in such a way that spammers can't pick it up using their harvesting techniques: remove 'NOSPAMWEREBRITISH' from the address given.

1942 Dodge WC-52
Gerhard Jani, Austria

Hello
The Former owner of my Dodge was a fire brigade here in Upperaustria-
Sowjetunion area. They had bought it at Villach, in 1946. At this time it was
British area in Austria. So I think it was a lend lease vehicle for U.K.
I had wrote to Bovington, and they told me that all WC-55 was gun take away,
to light.
I bought in 1991, and restored it over five years. During the restoration I had
rubbed away the red colour and have found follow number on hood: W-601636(7 or S).
